Lettings are from Saturday to Saturday, starting at 4pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10am on the day of departure.  Gas; electricity; water; bed linen; bath towels; tea towels etc are all included but please bring your own swimming towels.  Supply of some essential provisions on arrival can be arranged please ask us for details.

We welcome children, but not pets.  For the comfort of all our guests the property is no smoking.  Please note access is by a short external staircase not recommended for toddlers and babies.

Payment can be made by sterling cheque from a UK bank account; euro cheque on a French bank account or by moneybookers or possibly paypal as a last resort (but not by credit card through paypal), please make sure you agree payment method with us before making any payments.  A 25% or 100GBP (whichever is greater) deposit secures your booking, full payment being due 6 weeks before arrival together with a breakages & cleaning deposit.
