- Weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday, starting at 4pm on the day of
arrival (the arrival time) and ending at 10am on the day of departure (the
departure time).
Lettings for
other periods are by arrangement.
- On booking a non refundable deposit
of a minimum
of 200 Euros (200 GBP) or 25% of the rental price (whichever is the greater) is payable. The full
balance plus a refundable damages deposit of 300 Euros (250 GBP) is payable 6 weeks before
arrival. In the event of the balance and refundable deposit not being
paid by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the apartment. It
is strongly recommended that you arrange comprehensive travel insurance.
- Bookings made within 6 weeks of the arrival date require immediate
payment in full.
- The price includes gas and electricity for cooking, hot water,
refrigeration, heating and lighting, tea towels, bed linen and bath towels.
- A maximum of 4 people may stay at the property.
- Towels should only be used at the property - please bring your own
swimming towels.
- This is a no smoking property and there are no facilities for pets.
- Any defects in the property and accommodation should be notified to the
owner within 44hrs of the arrival time (before 12noon on the first Monday).
- The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
- Clients who rent the property for more than 1 week are requested to be absent from
the property between 10am and 4pm on every Saturday of their rental in order
to allow the cleaners access to change linen etc.
- The accommodation should be left clean and tidy as it is found (empty
fridge freezer, clean dishes, etc).
- The refundable deposit is to cover eventual breakage and damage
and any extra cleaning required if the accommodation is not left reasonably
clean and tidy as found.
- Non adherence with any or all of 5 to 12 above may result in loss of
deposit.
- Cancellation: The 25% deposit is not refundable in the event of
cancellation. If a cancellation is made within 6 weeks of the arrival
date after payment of the full balance including refundable deposit, we
will refund the300 Euro damages deposit. We will endeavor to re-let
the property and if the property is re-let for the cancelled period will
return the proportion of the balance that we have been able to recover
through the re-let less any expenses. In the event that we have to
cancel supply of the accommodation to you, we will refund to you no more
than the rental cost paid by you to us.
- Liability: We regret that we cannot accept liability for loss or damage
to belongings, or injury sustained while you are staying at the property.
