If you are not hiring
a car at the airport, the best route to the property for a group of
four is probably by taxi. There is also an excellent direct
bus link from the airport to Limoux. This must be
pre-booked and may provide a door to door service.
Alternatively you can
take the airport bus into Carcassonne railway station, then go by
train to Limoux.
Toulouse and
Perpignan airports (1hr 25mins approx)
and have departures
from London, Bristol, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Southampton, Manchester
and several other European cities. Carriers include: Ryanair,
Easyjet, FlyBE, bmibaby, Jet2, KLM, BA, Air France and Lufthansa.
Montpellier and Girona airports (2hr 30mins)
Ryanair flies to Girona direct from Edinburgh, Burmingham,
Bristol and many other UK and European cities.
BY RAIL:
From the UK there are
trains from Waterloo via Toulouse to Carcassonne and then Limoux.
Waterloo/Toulouse return fares start at around £50 from rail europe.

BY ROAD:
Travelling by car is
straightforward, there are also coach services depending on the
season.
